The intersection of advocacy, HR, and equity represents a critical nexus where mission focus, employee well-being, and societal impact converge. By advocating for better working conditions, fair compensation, inclusive policies, and anti-discrimination measures, nonprofits improve their employees’ lives and contribute to broader societal progress. Join us for this engaging training, led by Mickee Brown, Principal Consultant with Special Project Partners. In this workshop, we’ll delve into how nonprofits can leverage their advocacy platforms to address policies, regulatory systems, and systemic inequities that affect both staff and the communities they serve, providing you with practical tools and strategies to make a real difference in your organization.
