You have clear goals, and a strong understanding of what your program does (and why). In this workshop, you will design an evaluation and measurement plan that is the right scope and intensity for your organization — no matter the size, mission area, or staff knowledge of evaluation. Leave with a roadmap that will help you choose measures of performance and outcomes, plan to monitor them, and understand and communicate results in a way that drives continuous improvement and buy-in from funders, staff, and constituents.

Join Senior Director of Partnerships & Programs for the Nonprofit Center, Callan Brown, who leads this hands-on and practical session!
