Board Member-Beaches Council on Aging

The Beaches Council on Aging Improves the Quality of Life for Senior Residents of the Beaches by Connecting them, to People, Services, and Places with Care.

Through our transportation program Dial-a-Ride, we enhance the lives of seniors and disabled adults throughout the communities from Mayport to Ponte Vedra Beach and across the Intracoastal to Mayo and Cypress Village. Seniors remain in their homes because we take them to medical appointments to stay well, grocery stores to keep them healthy, gyms, and social events to keep them engaged.
Our program Beaches Senior Network connects seniors to services available in and around the Beaches Area.

We are looking for board members with a passion for our growing senior population who have experience in law, volunteer fundraising, development or communications.
