-
The characteristics of the four elements of a high-impact nonprofit organization: high-performing leadership teams, organizational learning and measurement, access to capital, and external awareness and advocacy.
-
Fundamental strategies within each of those elements that participants can put to work in their organization and in their own professional development goals.
-
Networking opportunities, engaging activities, and action planning to take learnings beyond the workshop.
Participants will leave with a comprehensive overview of topics ranging from fund development to board effectiveness to talent management, as well as a deeper understanding of the local nonprofit sector and a plan to further their organization’s mission.
