Essential duties and responsibilities

The Data & Grants Compliance Coordinator will administer and manage the organization’s data collection management and evaluation systems for all grant contracts and organization impact priorities. This FTE position will report directly to the CEO while working directly with Directors and Program Management staff. Responsibilities: ● Data entry, data management, data analysis, basic and complex report creation; provide database training and support to other users, if required. ● Establishes data entry criteria and standards working with the Director of Operations ● Creates and runs necessary data collection reports to assess program impact. ● Develops and maintains efficient systems for timely data entry. ● Recommends solutions to data management and tracking issues. ● Coordinates with the Director of Operations to meet grantor youth data and reporting requirements. ● Learns and supports the implementation of data collection software and provides training to all staff. ● Learns and supports the implementation of data for grants, including GirlSMART, United Way, Ounce of Prevention, and other grant contracts. ● Working with the CEO and Director of Operations helps determine key areas of organizational impact and creates measurement systems to support short- and long-term measurement and impact goals. ● Creates monthly dashboards to support performance tracking and reporting to the CEO and the Board of Directors. ● Understands her role in donor development, fundraising, and marketing. ● Acts as a brand ambassador for the organization at all times. ● Supports all staff, programs, development events, and organization initiatives as needed. ● Supports the attainment of the organization’s strategic goals and priorities. ● Understands and can articulate and promote the mission of the organization. ● Consistently models and promotes the behaviors and values associated with the organization's mission in all written, verbal, and non-verbal communication. ● Establishes challenging yet realistic work objectives/standards; develops new and innovative ways to improve existing job functions. ● Takes advantage of opportunities to obtain skills and knowledge through cross-training, completing special projects, and reviewing current job-related literature. ● Sets objectives to meet performance and career development goals. ● Participates in training as appropriate to enhance personal and professional skills and abilities. ● To ensure effective job performance, take the initiative to seek training and other personal development/professional growth opportunities. ● Participates in periodic assessment of own performance and develops individual annual performance goals and objectives in consultation with the CEO ● Assist with the daily operations activities of Girls Inc. of Jacksonville, including working within operational systems and processes to increase organizational effectiveness and efficiencies. 2 ● Provide programmatic training for volunteers, with the support of the Operations Specialist, as needed. ● Participate in staff meetings and conferences to share ideas and concerns and work collaboratively with other staff to meet organizational goals and achieve program objectives. ● Participate in periodic performance self-assessments and develop goals and objectives for professional growth. ● Participate in training and other professional development opportunities. ● Other administrative duties or special projects are assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

-Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Technologically proficient and creative. -Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related management experience. -Business management/data entry or collection experience. - Knowledgeable and experienced in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and QuickBooks is a plus.

48,000
