Essential duties and responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies to generate financial support and foster partnerships, including but not limited to digital campaigns and monthly giving club. • Cultivate meaningful relationships with donors, sponsors, and community stakeholders to enhance engagement and support. • Collaborate with marketing agency to create compelling campaigns and materials that align with our mission and resonate with our audience. • Organize and execute fundraising events that showcase the impact of Elevate Jacksonville and attract support from diverse channels. • Maintain robust donor records in database with consistent and thorough self-reporting. • Coordinate grant writing and prospect research efforts to secure funding opportunities to expand philanthropic initiatives. • Provide leadership and guidance to the Board's development committee, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. • Work collaboratively with Board to pursue their community connections and personal philanthropic networks.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
