Essential duties and responsibilities

Deliver Programming: Facilitate daily lessons using Girls Inc. ’s and grant required evidence-based curricula. Adapt programs to meet the unique needs of participants. Conduct assessments to track and support girls' progress. Engage and Inspire: Serve as a role model, promoting the values of Girls Inc. Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment. Build strong relationships with participants, families, and school staff. Support Operations: Assist in the creation and delivery of incentive opportunities for girls. Track daily attendance, maintain accurate records, and submit on time. Collaborate with Girls Inc. of Jacksonville leadership team to achieve organizational goals. Professional Development: Participate in staff meetings and training sessions. Engage in monthly coaching for continuous improvement.

Education and Experience

● Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. ● A high school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework in education, child development, or a related field is preferred. ● Experience working with youth in an educational, recreational, or mentorship setting. ● Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. ● Passionate about empowering and inspiring girls. ● Current CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.

Salary/Salary Range

19.00 Hourly
