It’s time to create a world where listening and feedback is the norm in philanthropy, where nonprofit programs are designed with the people they aim to engage, and where every person’s voice matters, regardless of who they are or where they come from.  Feedback+Jacksonville: Listening Evolves will bring together local and global leaders in aid, philanthropy, non-profits, and government to imagine this vision. Over the course of the event, participants will engage in panels, workshops, and interactive activities focused on putting people and communities at the center of programs that impact their lives

Jacksonville Feedback Crash Course

Are you new to facilitating feedback in your work? Or looking to brush up on feedback practices before the Summit? Then join us for the one-day Feedback Crash Course in Jacksonville! 

This fast moving, hands on training will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and tools you need to listen to and respond to feedback from the people you seek to serve. Throughout the day, you will hone your understanding of the phases of the feedback loop–buy-in, design, collect, analyze, dialogue, and course correct–while tackling your own feedback challenge. Participants will receive mentorship from experienced practitioners, engage with case studies, and collaborate with peers.

By the end of the day, participants will be able to:

1. Articulate the value of feedback and describe each of the stages of the loop;

2. Design a concrete, minimum viable, unflashy closed feedback loop; and

3. Feel like they can really get started!
