Are you ready to apply for that grant? Before researching and writing grants for your programmatic work, ensure that your project is ready for prime time with clear goals, resource needs, implementation strategy, and measures of success by creating a logic model. Logic models are a tool used by program leaders, funders, and managers to design, implement and evaluate the success of a program or project. They help build agreement and buy-in during the planning stage, keep strategy on track, and provide a roadmap to tracking outcomes.

This hands-on workshop will walk participants through every aspect of using a logic model with time to build your own. Leave this workshop with a draft logic model for your program or organization, as well as a packet of materials that will help you create a clear plan for designing and tracking the outcomes of your work. The workshop will be led by Deirdre Conner, Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives and Evaluation at the Nonprofit Center.

A light breakfast will be provided to all participants.
