Essential duties and responsibilities

• Engage and Inspire: Directly impact the lives of every student at a dynamic public elementary school through 18-20 hours of weekly instruction, using theatre to enhance literacy and communication skills. Education and Experience

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position, with a strong preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree. Ideal educational focuses include Theatre, Education, or a closely related field that prepares you for a rich artistic and educational engagement. • Professional Experience: You must have a proven track record of working in theatre, particularly with a focus on educating young students. Experience in elementary education is essential, as this role demands a deep understanding of integrating arts into core curriculum areas, especially literacy.

Salary/Salary Range

• Competitive Compensation: Start with a robust salary of $60,000, adjustable based on your experience.
