Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our dedicated team in Valdosta, Georgia. As a HMIS Program Outcomes Administrator – Georgia, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission of ending homelessness. You will collaborate with community stakeholders, leverage resources, and implement innovative strategies to prevent homelessness and support those in need.

Position Summary:
The Program Outcomes Administrator is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining data collection systems to track outcomes related to Veteran grants and program accountability. This role involves collaborating closely with staff to establish high-quality systems, processes, and communication practices around data. This role also serves as the primary data manager for our work with Veteran By-Name-Lists in Georgia. The Administrator will monitor progress toward goals and report outcomes to leadership, funders, and community partners.
Essential duties and responsibilities
• Serve as the primary data manager and meeting facilitator for Georgia’s Veteran By-Name Lists. • Leverage knowledge of SSVF program information to ensure alignment with established milestones. • Coordinate data collection efforts and develop comprehensive reports. • Produce and maintain operating dashboards and other necessary reports. • Oversee the implementation and management of all data systems outside of HMIS for our Georgia Veteran programs. • Manage data collection projects by gathering data from various sources and entering it into multiple database systems. • Design and enhance systems, interventions, and methodologies to measure outcomes for Georgia’s Veteran programs and assess program effectiveness. • Support data analysis efforts to inform decision-making. • Create outcome and deliverable reports for both internal use and public distribution. • Train Changing Homelessness, Inc. staff on the use of applicable data systems. • Participate in necessary training related to external database systems used for grant tracking and program development. • Contribute to the development of data collection tools. • Provide data for dashboards, timelines, and program highlights. • Assist in producing written and visual materials for reports and presentations for various stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with department staff as part of a dedicated professional team. • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Excellent research and analytical ability and knowledge of various research approaches and methods. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access), and Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS). • Knowledge of Dashboard software such as Tableau, Power BI etc. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to producing high-quality deliverables in a timely manner. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to foster strong partnerships with various public and private organizations. • Ability to work with diverse individuals and groups on complex community issues. • Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks as well as the initiative to anticipate project needs and respond accordingly. • Ability to successfully implement simultaneous projects and competing demands in a fast-paced team-oriented work environment. • Periods or walking, standing, or sitting in an office or field environment for service provision. • Limited physical effort required; however, the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. • Ability to operate a motor vehicle if local travel is required. Salary/Salary Range
$45,000 - $60,000
